Our Team
Greg Horowitz
Greg Horowitz is a superconnector who has spent the past decade helping to build Miami's business and tech ecosystem. Through roles at the Miami-Dade Beacon Council and the Consulate General of Israel in Miami, his efforts have helped create more than 1,500 local jobs and $90 million in new capital investment. Previously, Greg held marketing and product management roles at People Magazine, Sony Digital Ventures, Mediabistro and Uproar.com. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. Greg lives in Bay Harbor Islands with his wife and two sons and is a long-suffering -- now exultant -- Detroit Lions fan.
Luca Caruso
Luca Caruso, Partner at HealthConnect Village, is a Digital Health expert and Talent Strategist with 15+ years across pharma, startups, and executive recruitment in the US and Europe. He has collaborated with the United Nations, top EU Business Schools, and corporates such as Novartis, Pfizer, and Deloitte. As co-founder of Health2Tech Miami and active advisor and partner to the HealthConnect Village Network, he helps shape healthcare innovation, impacting 50,000+ patients and 5,000+ physicians worldwide.
Sebastien Leduc
Sebastien Leduc, Partner at HealthConnect Village, is a Tech Entrepreneur, Advisor & Investor, passionate about helping exceptional entrepreneurs grow their venture and achieve their most ambitious objectives. Founder of Naples Tech Meetup, the intersection of Capital, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Southwest Florida, Sebastien has directly supported just under 300 startups in the last 2 decades, the majority of them being on their journey from Seed to Series B stages. He’s passionate about the Client Journey, from Sales and Customer Success perspectives and helps teams build Sales processes to scale growth. Finally, Sebastien has organized 5 commercial delegations in South Florida in the last 24 months.
